Everstream Live’s Half Day Package is a popular streaming package for corporate events, wedding ceremonies, entertainment and sports events under 4 hours, in up to two locations.
We scout each location ahead of time to ensure the best possible stream quality and camera angles. We communicate with site coordinators or planners and blend into their programs. We arrive on site an hour before an event to set up and quality test. We are equipped to stream for up to 4 hours to a private viewing link. A dedicated customer support specialist will be on call and online for all live stream events. After the event we post an HD video of the stream to a private link for On-Demand viewing and Downloading, ad free.

Please fill out the information form below prior to issuing a deposit so we can determine how best to provide a professional stream from the location(s) of your event.
TELL US MORE ABOUT YOUR EVENT
BILLING
Once will verify your event location has streaming capability and the date is available, we will email you a request for deposit of 10% total package cost to confirm your event. After deposit is received we will invoice you for the balance remaining, which can be paid anytime prior to 30 days before your event date.
DISCOUNT
A 5% total package discount is offered for all events paid in full at time of deposit, making all payments in 1 transaction. This discount is reflected in the “Sale Price” option at checkout and is only available to purchases paid in full attire of deposit.
CANCELATION
If for any reason you decide to cancel your reservation 25 days before the live stream event you may receive a full refund of the total booking cost – 10% service fee.
If for any reason you need to cancel your booking 15 days before the live stream event you may receive a full refund of the total booking cost – 25% service fee.
If for any reason you need to cancel your booking 7 days before the live stream event you may receive a full refund of the total booking cost – 50% service fee.
Cancelations less than 3 days before the event broadcast are not eligible for refund.
WHY NOT STREAM FROM MY CELLPHONE?
Cell streaming on Maui is unreliable at best, and will inevitably drop off in the key moments. Cell streaming lacks the optical and audio clarity of professional streaming, and on a consumer cell plan there is a dramatic drop in bandwidth after 2-5 minutes, resulting in poor stream quality.
